U.S. Shipping
We have two USPS shipping methods to choose from. First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation for $1.75, regardless of order size, or USPS Priority Mail for $4.95. If your order contains 12 or more items we automatically upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail at no extra charge. According to USPS.com, First Class mail can take over a week to arrive once the post office actually receives the package from Lipcraze. Priority Mail is faster, and more reliable than First Class. Once your shipping label is created, the delivery tracking number and shipping information will be sent to your email from Paypal. Please be assured, we work around the clock to get your orders processed in a timely manner. Orders are processed and packaged M-F within 24-48 hours of receipt. We are closed on the weekends so, any weekend orders are packaged during the weekdays unless we are able to get to them sooner.
Lipcraze.com does not gaurantee shipping delivery times on any orders. If there is a problem with your shipment via the USPS, which is out of our control, we will do our best to investigate but this could result in a delay of the arrival of your product and we can not be held responsible. Once we have confirmed through delivery confirmation that your order has either been returned to sender, lost or delivered to an incorrect address we will re-ship your order ASAP. Please note that we do sometimes make exceptions for long time customers as we treat our repeat clients as family and we trust as such.

LipCraze does not ship to other countries. US shipping addresses only.

Returns
As with most cosmetics, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Damaged or defective products will be considered for replacement. An even exchange of exact product and color will posssibly be given to the customer once customer service has been notified through email within a reasonable amount of time and has been approved and aggreed to by Lipcraze. Lipcraze does not accept returns or exchanges on open or used cosmetic products.
Privacy and Security
Here at LipCraze.com, your privacy and security is our top priority. Our site is hacker safe, and secure as all payments go through Paypal's Credit card processing system even if you do not have or use a Paypal account. This means, once you enter your credit card into our system, no one but the bank ever sees it. Not even us! This makes shopping on our site, safer than shopping at a store, or giving your card over the phone. We never store any cards on file. Once you have placed an order with us, only your name, address, and email is in our system. We never for any reason will sell, give, or loan your information to anyone
YOUR EMAIL IS SAFE WITH US! Lipcraze will never sell your email to spammers or misuse your email in any way. Your email will simply be used for us to contact you regarding your order.

color in person please note that colors vary between monitors
and Printed Brochures do not provide accurate color representation

a distributor in your area. She can help you find your color using
her Tester kit. Reward her for her service by buying from her
at full price.
- LipCraze would never
sale your email or information and will only use your email for
direct contact from Lipcraze.
- LipCraze does not
store or have access to any of your payment information such as
credit card numbers.
- Paypal only gives
Lipcraze the power to refund within 60 days but Paypal does not
give it's vendors the power to charge your card again...not even
partial payment for backorder issues
