U.S. Shipping
 
We have two shipping methods to choose from, First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation for Free of charge regardless of order size or USPS Priority Mail for $5.00. First Class mail takes around 3-5 delivery days once it has shipped. Prority Mail takes 2-3 days, this method is faster, and more reliable. Once your order has shipped, the delivery tracking number and shipping information will be sent to your email. Please be assured, we work around the clock to get your orders processed in a timely manner. Orders are shipped M-F and are processed for shipping within 24-48 hours of receipt. We are closed on the weekends so, any weekend orders are shipped during the week. 
 
International Shipping

LipCraze does not ship to other countries with out pre-aproval through email. Please email first with a list of products desired and we will promptly email you back. Minimum purchase of $200 to qualify for International Shipping. Method used is USPS Global Priority for $11.00. Global Priority method is fast & secure. Please note: Senegence products can only be shipped to approved countries which at this time is Canada and Australia.
 
Returns
 
As with most cosmetics, all sales are final.
Damaged or defective products will be considered for replacement. An even exchange of exact product and color will be given to the customer once customer service has been notified through email within a reasonable amount of time and has been approved.

Here at LipCraze.com, your privacy and security is our top priority. Our site is hacker safe, and Versign secure as all payments go through Paypal's Credit card processing system even if you do not have or use a Paypal account. This means, once you enter your credit card into our system, no one but the bank ever sees it. Not even us! This make shopping on our site, safer than shopping at a store, or giving your card over the phone. We never store any cards on file. Once you have placed an order with us, only your name, address, and email is in our system. We never for any reason will sell, give, or loan your information to anyone.

  • Lipcraze.com does not guarantee the return or exchange of any items.
  • Operating at a discount requires an ALL SALES FINAL policy.
  • Please let me know by email if you have any problems and I will always respond in a timely manner.
  • I send all packages with Delivery Confirmation to ensure that they arrive. Please make sure you have typed your address correctly. You are responsible for your own typos.
  • I recommend using this website for re-orders only. If you know exactly what color you want then order with confidence. If you have never seen the color in person please note that colors vary between monitors and Printed Brochures do not provide accurate color representation either.
  • You may want to find a distributor in your area. She can help you find your color using her Tester kit. Reward her for her service by buying from her at full price.
  • LipCraze would never sale your email or information and will only use your email for direct contact from Lipcraze.
  • LipCraze does not store or have access to any of your payment information such as credit card numbers.
  • Paypal only gives Lipcraze the power to refund within 60 days but Paypal does not give it's vendors the power to charge your card again...not even partial payment for backorder issues.
